Return and Exchange

Return and exchange is a guaranteed right for all our customers and covers all products displayed in our store.
All products featured in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packed in its original packaging.
Returns are allowed within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
In the event that the product is damaged, defective, or does not function as agreed upon, please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product.
The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page.
A 30% deduction (or a minimum value of 25 MAD) will be applied if the customer wishes to return the product and it has no defects or reported issues.
